Whats everyone's opinion on this fight. i think if Bonnar has got his sprawl going and can keep it standing for the most part he should get the win. i just think coleman has given all he has to give. and considering the state of Nevada almost didnt clear him to fight.... i'd like to see Bonnar get on track in the ufc. he would be a good 'gatekeeper' in the 205 division

If Bonnar comes in in shape, and I have no reason to think he won't, he should win this running away. He's the younger, more well-rounded fighter, and I have to think this is just a goodbye fight for Coleman. I admire the guy for still wanting to compete, but he didn't show me anything in the Shogun fight that leads me to believe he'll be anything other than a 40-something punching bag in the UFC. I'll say Bonnar by TKO in the second.

I can't think of a potential match up of two *slower* 205ers. This might be slightly exciting, but if you have a DVR, hit the pause button before the start of the fight, wait 10 minutes, and then watch the fight on FFx1 so that it looks like a normal-paced fight.

I know Coleman won, but I hope he seriously considers retirement. I like Bonnar, but that dude's fallen off the page. If Coleman faces some of the elite at 205 it doesn't look good. I just don't want him to get permanently hurt. If I had a guarantee that he wouldn't be hurt, I'd say let him fight forever if he wants. But he's mid-40's. Might be time for him to hang them up.
